Damages and issues
Please inspect your order thoroughly upon reception and contact us within 5 business days if damages are found on any shipment from us or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter.  Decor Unique will handle any damage claims with the  carrier.  We might request photographs of damaged items.  Provided the above guidelines have been met, we will replace or credit you for your loss.  You can contact us at decoruniquellc@outlook.com

We hope you love your Decor Unique products.  They may not be exchanged or returned for store credit. Due to the nature of hand made goods, we embrace slight variations in color and design.  Hand made goods also vary in size, finish, dimension and are inherently imperfect.

Decor Unique will not refund shipping charges.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
